Today we started off with lectures from Dr. Lori Beatty and Dr. Warren Fieldus who both completed the elective in 2009. They are both emerg docs in Halifax Nova Scotia. They covered topics including ENT, diabetes, diarrhea, and dive medicine.

The afternoon was filled with team building activities with the camp Wesley woods staff.

Guillaume started the student presentations with a demonstration of Prussik knots.

After dinner Chuck Hestor, a GSMP ranger, joined us discussing SAR operations in the park and gave the students some ideas for the end of rotation backpacking trip.
